Keeping you safe & well during your visit
From Thursday 27 January, following the Government’s latest announcement, wearing a face-covering will no longer be mandatory in indoor venues such as shopping centres. However, visitors and staff may feel free to continue to wear a face-covering during their visit.
Enhanced hygiene regimes that were introduced at the start of the outbreak will continue, with more deep cleaning of key areas and touchpoints like escalators, toilets and keypads. Hand sanitation stands will also remain at entrances and other locations throughout the centre for visitors to use during their visit.
We know that the experience will feel different, however we hope these measures will help provide all our visitors with additional reassurance. Thank you for doing your part in helping to make our centre a safe place for all.
Other key information for your visit:
Toilets: Our toilets on St. George’s Way (near Waitrose), Grey’s Quarter (near our restaurants) and St Andrew’s Way (near Apple) will remain open during centre hours. Accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are available too, please ask a member of staff for directions.
Customer services: Our Customer Service Desks next to Fenwick is open. However, our desk at Grey’s Quarter will remain temporarily closed. If you have a query while in centre, please just ask a member of staff on the mall who will be happy to help!

Quieter shopping times are weekdays 9-11am and 4-6pm.
