Eldon Square Leasing

Eldon Square has been at the heart of Newcastle for over 40 years and with over 1.35m sqft of retail space, is the retail core of the city. Over the last 10 years over £220m of investment has been made in the shopping destination, including a £25m dining development, Grey’s Quarter, home to 20 restaurants. Visitors pull from the catchment of over 2 million, including a student population of over 80,000.

Eldon Square is anchored by John Lewis & Partners and Fenwick, in addition brands such as schuh, Pandora, Superdry, Morphe, River Island and Boots can be found in centre.

Grey’s Quarter offers a dining destination within Eldon Square with close proximity to other leisure occupiers on Blackett Street and Grey Street including the Theatre Royal.
