You Asked, We Delivered: Extended Quiet Hours Are Here!

Eldon Square proudly support the North East Autism Society, by hosting Quiet Hours. Our shops take simple steps where possible, to create a more Autism-friendly environment, such as turning down music and dimming bright lights.

Following feedback from you, our visitors, we are trialling extended Quiet Hours for the centre to support shoppers who prefer a quieter shopping experience.

From 1 May 2025, we are extending our Quiet Hours to the below:

• Monday: 9am – 10am
• Wednesday: 9am – 10am
• Saturday: 9am – 10am
• Sunday: 11am – 12 noon
