This competition is in collaboration with all the retailers listed in the prizes, from Eldon Square, Newcastle and is open to all UK residents, aged 18 years or over, excluding Eldon Square employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
To enter this competition, participants must be following the Eldon Square Facebook page, ‘like’ the hamper competition post and tag a friend in the comments. Competition entry is restricted to one entry per individual.
By entering the competition and commenting on the post, you give permission for your entry to be shared on our Facebook page.
The competition will close on 5 May 2024 at midnight. Entries made after that time will not be counted.
The winner will be selected at random by Eldon Square Management Team and will be contacted via Facebook messenger on 6 May 2024. Once the winner has been notified, Eldon Square will require the winner’s name and email address to organise for the collection of their physical prizes and for the digital gift cards to be emailed. The physical prizes, including the Eldon Square gift card, will be available for the winner to collect in Eldon Square. ID will be required to verify the winner’s identity when collecting the prizes. The winner’s personal information, including name and email, will only be used for the purpose of sending the digital gift cards and arranging for the collection of the prizes.
Eldon Square will keep your personal information secure and will process it in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation and only for the purpose and duration of organising the prizes to be obtained. If the prize has not been claimed after 1 week, we have the right to pass on the prize to a new winner. The management decision is final and the prize cannot be swapped for a cash alternative. All vouchers are valid for retailers within Eldon Square, Newcastle only. Specific vouchers will have individual expiration dates in which they will need to be used. Vouchers will cover up to the amount specified, any additional costs or purchases will be paid by the winner.
