Christmas Gift Wrapping Stand
Eldon Square is offering festive shoppers a gift-wrapping service this Christmas for perfectly wrapped presents (even the impossibly shaped ones), with proceeds going to The Children’s Foundation.
From Thursday 14 to Sunday 24 December, the stand will be located outside of Fenwick and Boots. Busy gift seekers can visit the gift wrapping stand and have their presents beautifully wrapped by volunteers in return for a donation to The Children’s Foundation.
Customers can choose from a selection of wrapping paper, ribbons and bows, all donated from local businesses.
The Children’s Foundation
The Children’s Foundation is a North East children’s charity with the mission for all North East children and young people to be happy and healthy. “Making serious stuff fun” – the charity focuses on improving the health and well-being of children and young people in the region. For 30 years, they have worked with amazing people in the North East to achieve great things.
Eldon Square has supported the Children’s Foundation for the last 14 years and is delighted to have helped the charity to raise over £40,000 over the years.
Opening Hours
Eldon Square’s gift wrap service will be open during the following times:
- Mon – Sat: 11am – 5pm
- Sunday: 11am – 4pm
- Christmas Eve: 11am – 4pm
