Eldon Square Magical Quest & Disney On Ice Tickets – Terms and Conditions
Overview
This promotion (“Eldon Square Adventure Trail) is organised by Eldon Square in partnership with Disney on Ice and The Chronicle Sunshine Fund, with prizes provided by Disney On Ice. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from Monday, 21 July until Sunday, 31 August.
All activities, including collection of the magical map, participation in the quest, and newsletter sign-ups, must be completed during this period.
How to Enter and Participate
Map Collection & Quest:
Participants must collect their magical map from the Customer Service desk (located outside Fenwick).
The quest requires searching for 12 hidden vinyls distributed throughout Eldon Square. Each vinyl contains a letter.
Participants must collect all 12 letters to solve the magical puzzle and complete their map.
Submission:
Once the map is completed, it must be returned to the Customer Service desk.
Upon verification, participants will receive a certificate and a complimentary sweet treat.
Competition Sign-Up:
After completing the quest, participants can opt to sign up to a Google doc to enter into the prize draw for the Disney On Ice tickets.
- Entry into the competition is optional and your email and details will only be used for the purpose of the competition and contacting the winner to arrange the sending of their digital tickets.
- You can choose to opt into Eldon Square emails on the competition form but this is optional and not necessary to be part of the competition entries.
Donations
Entry into the Promotion is free, however, a £2 donation is suggested in support of The Chronicle Sunshine Fund.
Donations can be made via the provided online donation link or by scanning the QR code available at the Customer Service desk.
Prize Draws and Awards
Weekly Prize Draws – Family Tickets to Disney On Ice:
- Each week during the Promotion, a draw will be held to award a family ticket package (6 giveaways in total over the six weeks).
- Each family ticket comprises 4 tickets (covering adults and children – note that an additional child under 2 years old may sit on an adult’s knee free of charge).
- Tickets are allocated for the show on Thursday, 20 November at 6.30 pm and are non-transferable to any other show.
Super Draw – VIP Disney On Ice Experience:
- When you sign up to enter the competition draw on the day, you will be automatically entered into the overall VIP Prize too.
- The VIP experience includes rink side seats to the show, pre-show hospitality in a VIP suite (accommodating approximately 70 guests), food, soft drinks, show programmes, face-painting, a meet and greet with two show characters, and a £100 Eldon Square gift card.
- The VIP event is scheduled for Thursday, 20 November with the event commencing at 4.45 pm. This experience is non-transferable to any alternative show and will have a reserved area in the VIP suite with dedicated staff assistance.
Prize Notification and Delivery
Winners of the weekly prize draws and the Super Draw will be notified via the email address provided during the sign up at Customer Service.
At the completion of the Promotion, all winners’ will be selected at random by Eldon Square management, notified by the marketing team via email and then we will share the winner’s email with the event organiser solely for the purpose of electronically sending the digital Disney On Ice tickets and associated prize information.
Winners’ email addresses will not be retained or used for any purposes other than the administration of this Promotion.
Eligibility
Participation in the Promotion is open to all visitors to Eldon Square during the Promotion Period who complete the quest and sign up to be part of the competition as described, subject to any local legal age or residency requirements.
Employees of Eldon Square, its partners, event organisers, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Data Protection and Privacy
By entering the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and sharing of their email address with the event organiser solely for the purpose of delivering digital tickets and prize details.
The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
No further use or retention of participants’ email addresses will occur beyond facilitating the sending of digital tickets and managing the Promotion.

General Conditions
Eldon Square reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion at any time without notice if it becomes necessary.
The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
Prizes are subject to availability, and Eldon Square is not responsible for any issues that may arise with the fulfilment or delivery of the tickets or VIP experience.
No cash alternative to any prize will be available.
