The face of Eldon Square’s 2026 S/S Fashion Campaign
As the face of Eldon Square’s 2026 Spring Fashion campaign, local creator and model Lana Skye Caven brings a confident, style-led energy to the centre’s latest fashion campaign. Featured across billboards, digital screens, buses and Metro sites in Newcastle, Lana embodies the campaign’s core message of encouraging shoppers to embrace the season with optimism, individuality and a renewed sense of style.
Here, Lana shares what it means to truly ‘own the season’. She reveals some of her favourite trends this spring, and how Eldon Square’s diverse retail line-up makes updating your wardrobe feel effortless and inspiring.
What are your top three must-have trends for spring/summer this year?
This season, I’m loving sheer long-sleeve tops. They’re perfect for layering for an effortless, on trend look.
Cropped trenches are another favourite. I picked up a lovely, lightweight one in Eldon Square’s Mango recently. It looks great fastened up to the top, creating a funnel neck look with your hair tucked in!
And of course, statement sunglasses are a must. I have so many pairs, but I’m currently gravitating towards smaller, oval frames for a sleek, chic finish.
Which stores are featuring these trends, and your go-to shops in Eldon Square?
Fenwick is a must-visit. They have everything you could possibly need in there. I’m loving the new, refreshed sunglasses section on the beauty floor – they have so many great brands stocked.
AllSaints is perfect for timeless, investment pieces you’ll wear for years, while Mango is my go-to for trend-led fashion (I never leave empty-handed).
For footwear, Office and Footlocker always have the latest trainers I want to add to my collection.
How would you style these trends for an everyday look?
Most days, you’ll find me in a nice pair of jeans, and a lightweight jacket. A cropped trench instantly elevates a look while still feeling relaxed, and layering a sheer top with a vest adds depth.
Accessories are key, I always finish with sunglasses and a nice, medium-sized bag (Fenwick is my biggest go-to for bags), often tying the colours together.
Depending on the look, I’ll opt for trainers (for a more casual look), or I’m loving my Birkenstock Naples Clogs that I picked up in Office a little while ago.
For the Eldon Square S/S campaign shoot, you modelled looks from Fenwick – which pieces or styles stood out to you, and why?
The Any Lynn yellow gingham two piece was my favourite. I don’t typically gravitate to bold prints, but I absolutely loved it on. It felt bold, fun and really fashion-forward, and the response has been amazing. I’ve had people message me saying it was very ‘Wuthering Heights’ and also very Cher Horowitz in Clueless which I loved!
If shooting this campaign has taught me anything, it’s that you shouldn’t shy away from strong pieces on a hanger, as they can end up looking incredible.
How would you incorporate those pieces into your wardrobe this season?
I love dressing up, so I’d wear pieces like this for dinners, drinks or any occasion where I want to make a statement. They’re perfect for adding something special to your wardrobe.
During your recent trip to Eldon Square, what did you love most about AllSaints S/S collection, and are there any specific pieces on your wish-list?
The leather jackets at AllSaints really stood out to me. There was such a great selection, and they were surprisingly lightweight, making them perfect for spring. Also, I love how you can cinch them up to create a more cropped look during the warmer months.
I absolutely loved the burgundy style I tried on, it’s such a great alternative to black.
The jackets are worth every single penny – they’re an investment piece that will last you a lifetime.
How would you style AllSaints pieces for day-to-night?
All Saints has so many versatile pieces, those that transition effortlessly from day to night.
During the day, I’d style their boots with trousers or a dress for a more relaxed, edgy look. For the evening, swapping to a classic heel instantly elevates the outfit. Their accessories, especially bags, are also perfect for completing the look.
For me, their accessories drive the best transition. Especially, their bags are perfect for completing the look.
Footlocker brings a more casual/sporty edge – how do you like to style trainers for a fashion-forward streetstyle look?
I wear trainers almost every day, so comfort is key. I love pairing them with jeans (I have been loving low rise recently) or linen trousers once it gets a little warmer. To keep the outfit casual, a nice, good-quality t-shirt (I always find amazing ones in COS inside Fenwick) is great, and I normally pair it with a statement jacket.
Do you have a must-have trainer that you’ll be wearing this season?
I’m a big fan of the New Balance 530. I have them in a few different colours, and Footlocker always has so many great options and colourways in stock!
As the face of Eldon Square’s Spring/Summer campaign, “We’re Bringin’ It. Own the Season,” what are your top tips for feeling confident and stylish?
My number one tip is to wear what makes you feel good.
When you go shopping, especially when refreshing your wardrobe for new seasons, don’t always stick to what you know, and don’t be afraid to try something different.
I think bold and bright prints can sometimes look intimidating on the hanger, but can completely transform once you try them on. Sometimes the boldest choices are the most rewarding.
What’s it like seeing yourself featured across digital screens, buses and Metro sites for the campaign?
It’s such a surreal experience. Spotting myself on digital screens, buses and across the city is amazing, but it’s even more special when people message me to say they’ve seen the campaign. It makes it all feel very real.
