Sign Up & Win Email Competition T&Cs:
- To enter, sign-up to our newsletter via eldonsquare.co.uk and you will be automatically entered into the draw.
- The prize is a Eldon Square £50 Gift Card
- This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or older, excluding Eldon Square employees, their agents, families or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
- Entries will be accepted only through the Eldon Square website.
- All participants will automatically receive one entry into the current month’s prize draw for each email sign-up (subject to your email address being considered as new).
- Only one entry per person per month.
- There is no alternative prize or cash alternative to the prize stated.
- Eldon Square is not liable for any loss or damage to the gifts after the prize has been issued.
- Entries must be received by midnight on 31 October 2024. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
- The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified by email within one week of the draw taking place.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners’ names and towns will be available on request.
- Eldon Square reserve the right to redraw the winners if after 60 days the prize has not been claimed or winner has not responded to Eldon Square’s attempts to make contact.
- All participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Winners may be requested to take part in publicity.
- If you sign up for e-newsletters but do not wish to be entered into the prize draw, please contact us by email by the first day of the following month.
Customer Survey Competition
- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom ages 18 years or over except employees of Savills and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via the Survey Monkey Link only. To enter, scan the QR code on the customer survey poster.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows
- Complete the survey and enter your details to be entered in the prize draw.
- Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promote and or its agents.
- The winner will receive a £100 Eldon Square gift card. Click here for more information on where the card is valid.
- One winner will be selected every 3 months, with the first winner being chosen on February 1 2025.
- The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacts or does not claim the prize within 14 day of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter will notify the winner when the prize will be available to collect from the Customer Service desk outside of Fenwick.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputed will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and contact details for Savills and Savills only to make contact if they are chosen as the winner. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
- Unsuccessful entrants will not be contacted.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
