Embark on an Elf Adventure at Eldon Square This Festive Season!
This Christmas, Eldon Square is inviting shoppers and families to take part in a truly magical experience in partnership with Newcastle Theatre Royal. From Friday 21 November to Friday 19 December 2025, visitors can join our FREE festive Elf Trail for a chance to WIN family tickets to see Aladdin at Newcastle Theatre Royal.
To begin your festive adventure, simply collect your Elf Trail map from the Customer Service desk, located outside Fenwick. Your mission? To search Eldon Square for hidden vinyls, each displaying a letter. Collect all the letters, solve the festive names, and enjoy the magic of Christmas at Eldon Square.
Once your trail is complete, return your finished trail map to the Customer Service desk. Every participant will receive a special certificate and a sweet treat as a reward for their efforts, making it the perfect way to celebrate completing your festive journey.
Win Family Tickets to Aladdin
After completing the quest, adult Elves can choose to sign up for our newsletter for the exclusive prize draw via a short online form. Each week throughout the promotion, one lucky winner will receive a family ticket package to Aladdin at Newcastle Theatre Royal; that’s five family giveaways in total!
Each family ticket includes four seats (for adults and children, with at least one adult aged 18 or over) to any available Aladdin performance between Saturday 6 January and Sunday 18 January 2026.
