  • Scan the QR code on the Eldon Square Peter Rabbit Sculpture, or enter for free via the Eldon Square website, and follow the instructions to sign up for marketing emails to qualify for the prize draw.
  • One new prize will be available each week throughout the promotion period.
  • You may enter each week for a chance to win that week’s individual prize.

  • To be in with the chance to WIN a £250 Flight Club Newcastle, sign up to the Eldon Square and Flight Club newsletters via the link in the Eldon Square Facebook Competition post and tag a friend who would like to win.
  • The prize is 1 x £250 Flight Club Gift Card
  • The winner can redeem the voucher in Flight Club Newcastle, located inside Eldon Square.
  • This free prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or older, excluding Eldon Square employees, their agents, families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
  • Entries will be accepted only through the Eldon Square Facebook account only.
  • The gift card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • There is no alternative prize or cash alternative to the prize stated.
  • Eldon Square and Flight Club are not liable for any loss or damage to the voucher after the prize has been issued.
  • Entries must be received by midnight on 23 July 2026. Entries received after this date will not be accepted.
  • The winner will be drawn at random and will be notified by Direct Message on Facebook by Eldon Square within one week of the draw taking place.
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Winners’ names and towns will be available on request.
  • You may choose to give consent for your email address to be shared with our third‑party partner, Flight Club. This will only occur if you actively tick the option confirming that you agree to the sharing of your data.
  • Opting in to receive emails from both Eldon Square and Flight Club is necessary to be entered into the competition and is classed as one entry.

Competition Period

The competition opens on Tuesday 15 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Sunday 19 July 2026.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  • Follow @eldonsquare, @durhammamastyle and @newcastleracecourse on Instagram.
  • ‘Like’ the competition post.
  • Tag one friend in the comments who they would take to Ladies Day.
  • Bonus entry – share the competition post to their Instagram Story.

Entries that do not complete all of the above steps may not be eligible.

Prize

One winner will receive:

  • 2 x Newcastle Racecourse Ladies Day tickets for Saturday 25 July 2026
  • £50 Eldon Square Gift Card
  • A 3-hour personal styling experience with DurhamMamaStyle (Katie)  https://www.instagram.com/durhammamastyle_/?hl=en at Eldon Square, including a basic colour analysis (worth £245)

Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be drawn on Monday 20 July 2026.
  • The winner will be contacted only via Direct Message from the official @eldonsquare Instagram account.
  • The winner must respond within 24 hours of being contacted. If no response is received within this time, Eldon Square reserves the right to select another winner.

Please be aware of fake competition accounts. Eldon Square will never ask winners for payment or bank details.

Prize Collection

  • The £50 Eldon Square Gift Card must be collected from the Customer Service Desk (located outside Fenwick and Boots).
  • The Newcastle Racecourse tickets will either:
    • be available to collect alongside the gift card from the Customer Service Desk; or
    • be available for collection from the Newcastle Racecourse Box Office on the day of the event.
  • Collection arrangements will be confirmed with the winner.

Prize Conditions

  • Ladies Day tickets are valid only for Newcastle Racecourse Ladies Day on Saturday 25 July 2026.
  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for another event, transferred for an alternative date or redeemed for cash.
  • The Eldon Square Gift Card is subject to its own terms of use and can be spent at participating retailers. A full list of participating retailers can be found at: https://eldonsquare.co.uk/gift-card/
  • The styling experience has no expiry date and can be booked at a mutually convenient time directly with DurhamMamaStyle https://www.instagram.com/durhammamastyle_/?hl=en
  • No cash alternative will be offered for any element of the prize.
  • The prize is non-transferable.

Eligibility

  • This free prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Eldon Square, Newcastle Racecourse, DurhamMamaStyle, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Data Protection

If selected as the winner, you may choose to give consent for your email address to be shared with Newcastle Racecourse and DurhamMamaStyle solely for the purpose of arranging ticket collection and booking your styling experience. Your information will not be used for any other purpose without your permission.

Reach Plc x Eldon Square Terms and conditions

This competition closes at 23:45 on 23rd August 2026. 1 winner will be selected at random from all valid submissions after the closing date and will be contacted by email within 3 days of the closing date. The winner has 3 days from the notification email to claim their prize, and failure to respond within this time will result in forfeiture of the prize, with the promoter reserving the right to select an alternative winner. For the avoidance of doubt, One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the competition closing date.
The prize consists of the following:

    The advertised “Year of Meals” refers to the collection of dining experiences included within the prize bundle and should not be interpreted as unlimited meals throughout a calendar year. Each individual prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the participating restaurant, including (but not limited to) expiry dates, booking requirements, availability, age restrictions where applicable and any exclusions. Digital vouchers will be sent directly by the relevant restaurant or restaurant partner. To facilitate fulfilment, the winner must provide a valid full name and email address. Physical vouchers must be collected by the winner from the Customer Service Desk outside Fenwick at Eldon Square. Collection details will be arranged once the winner has accepted the prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
