Parking
There are two council-run and managed car parks connected to Eldon Square with 942 parking spaces available including disabled and parent and child spaces. Passenger lifts and escalators give easy access from each car park directly to the shopping centre.

Both car parks accessible to Eldon Square are managed by Newcastle City Council, therefore, our customer service team cannot assist with parking queries. Click here to visit the Newcastle City Council website for more information.
Please note – there is currently no access to the centre via Eldon Garden. An alternative route into the centre is down the stairs and across the street. The lifts are not operational at this time.
