What You’ll Need

To enter, you’ll need:

• Your purchased ticket with the QR code
• A valid photo ID that matches the ticket name
• One ticket per person – each ticket admits only the person named on it
• No guests under 16 years old

Exclusive Goodie Bags

Ticket holders can claim one of PURESEOULS Luxe Goodie Bags or Hero Goodie Bags!

Here’s how it works:

• Spend a minimum of £30 in a single transaction to redeem your bag
• Your £10 ticket fee will be deducted from your purchase
• Goodie bags are redeemable only on opening day, during your assigned time slot
• Late arrivals will not be able to redeem gifts, so please arrive on time!

General Entry: From 13:00

From 1 PM onwards, the store opens to the general public. No ticket is needed, though entry will depend on the current store capacity. We may ask visitors to return later if the store reaches full capacity.

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Entry is only allowed with a valid ticket and ID

Tickets are first-come, first-served, and availability isn’t guaranteed until checkout is complete.

Demand is extremely high, so act fast – tickets may sell out within minutes!
