Eldon Square will be transformed into an interactive showcase of the Future of Fashion, bringing together cutting-edge technology, creative talent, and immersive experiences to explore how innovation is reshaping the fashion industry. Curated by Sunderland Software City, the event will feature three immersive zones across the shopping centre, each offering a unique glimpse into fashion’s digital future:
- Main Stage (St. Andrew’s Way) – See fashion like never before with stunning holographic displays powered by Animmersion’s DeepFrame AR technology.
- Headset Village (Community Quarter) – Put on a headset and dive into virtual catwalks, 3D clothing, and fully immersive fashion worlds.
- Creator Space (5G Immersive Lab) – Try your hand at designing and personalising outfits, then watch them come alive in platforms like Roblox.
No booking required for September 27th activations, simply come along and enjoy the event!
Apple Workshops
- Workshop: Drawing with Apple Pencil on iPad – Join Apple for a fun session where we’ll explore how to build your skills and bring drawings to life with iPad and Apple Pencil Pro. You’ll get familiar with drawing tools using some quick exercises in Freeform, then experiment with brush effects and colours to create a unique self-portrait in the Procreate app. Devices will be provided, or bring your own.
- Apple Vision Pro Demo – Take a closer look at using Apple Vision Pro, which seamlessly blends your digital content with your physical surroundings. So you can do the things you love in ways never before possible. Simply head into Apple and ask for a demo, and Apple will provide the next available session.
