Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable in-store experience.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and share recommendations with confidence.
• Support with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist with events, tastings, and seasonal promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
