We are excited to be a proud patron of Newcastle Pride 2025, organised by Northern Pride, which is taking place on 19–20 July and is located throughout the Newcastle with the main Event taking place at Newcastle Times Square.
This city-wide festival is one of the UK’s largest LGBTQIA+ celebrations — and we’re honoured to be part of it.
What’s On at the Main Event
The Pride Arena, located at Times Square and will be the centre of the action, featuring:
Main Stage performances from headline acts like Pixie Lott, Gok Wan (DJ set), 90s legends Livin’ Joy, and Drag Race UK star Michael Marouli
Tribute acts, regional artists showcasing local talent and community performers
A vibrant Market Village with local businesses, food vendors and LGBTQIA+ organisations
Family & Youth Zone, Trans+ Zone, Curious Arts Stage, and Health & Wellbeing hub
Plus: the iconic Pride March through the city centre at noon on Saturday 19th – please note some roads will be closed throughout the day.
Pride March
This years pride march will take place on Saturday the 19th July and will see thousands of community members come together to fill the streets of Newcastle with a positive and colourful message. The march will start at Newcastle Civic Centre at 12pm, making its way through the city via John Dobson Street. Please note there will be road closures throughout the day.
