Keeping you safe and well during your visit

Find out how we’re keeping everyone who visits safe.

Our priority is to keep our shoppers safe and well. Nothing is more important to us and we will continue to make sure our centre is a clean and safe place to be. We have looked at every element of what we need to do to run our centre as safely as possible and we have common principles that have guided our decisions.

Face Coverings

From Thursday 27 January, following the Government’s latest announcement, wearing a face-covering will no longer be mandatory in indoor venues such as shopping centres. However, visitors and staff may feel free to continue to wear a face-covering during their visit.

Social Distancing

Please be mindful of social distancing, marked routes around the centre will remain in place to make social distancing easier.

Hand Sanitisation

Enhanced hygiene regimes that were introduced at the start of the outbreak will continue, with more deep cleaning of key areas and touchpoints like escalators, toilets and keypads. Hand sanitisation stands will also remain at entrances and other locations throughout the centre for visitors to use during their visit.

Contactless Payment

Please use a contactless payment method if you can.

We’d like to thank everyone for their patience and support as we serve our local community in the way we know best. Check out our Frequently Asked Questions page for more information on how your visit with us may have changed.
