Supervisors are the backbone of our management team in store, providing leadership and co-ordination on our shop floors while setting an aspirational example of customer service for the team. Lots of our Shop Managers started out as Supervisors; what are you waiting for?
What we look for:

– Some experience with managing and motivating people
– An interest in developing others

– A wish to progress to Trainee Manager and Shop Manager roles
