The Role:

As a Sales Assistant/Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of Just Bee at their vibrant marketing kiosk at Eldon Square.

Your role will be filled with exciting opportunities:

• Kiosk Wizardry: Open and close the kiosk, ensuring it’s ready to shine for their customers
• Team Player: Work both independently and alongside colleagues, creating a positive and productive atmosphere
• Customer Engagement: Approach shoppers, strike up friendly conversations, and introduce them to our delicious honey products
• Product Sampling: Let customers taste the goodness of Just Bee, turning them into fans with every sip
• Salesmanship: Persuade customers to make purchases and handle payments with a smile
• Email Enthusiast: Capture customer email addresses to keep them in the loop about our sweet deals

Skills and Experience:

They’re looking for someone who:

• Is great at sales
• Reliable
• Friendly and engaging with superb interpersonal skills
• Is highly motivated to sell and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Hits targets – top sellers will always be prioritised for more shifts

Previous experience in retail sales or promotion is a must. 

Sales Assistant/Brand Ambassador Salary:

• Hours: Flexible work, 6-8 hour days – anywhere from 3-7 shifts per week depending on your availability – this will encompass weekdays and weekend days with some evenings. All depending on store opening times. Usually the store is open between the hours of 10am-10pm .
• Basic Rate: £12.85 per hour + plus earn sweet commissions on every pot of honey sold with the basic rate raising to £13.45 with experience and targets achieved.
