Fresh summer menus available at Eldon Square
Take a trip to one of our mouth-wateringly good restaurants this summer to test out their new fresh menu additions. Bring the heat with fiery taquitos at Chiquito or cool down with refreshing watermelon cocktails at The Alchemist – we have summer menus to satisfy every taste bud.
Wagamama is envisioning lighter days and brighter bowls with their brand new summer bowls. The Hiyashi Bowls are based on the concept of the Japanese ‘Summer Ramen’ and are the perfect answer to hot summer days. Light, bright and packed full of flavour – pick your meat or vegan substitute, sit back and enjoy in the sunshine.
Wake up to a glorious feast with The Alchemist‘s new breakfast menu containing an abundance of summery breakfast delights including light seasonal fruit and hearty pancake stacks topped with maple syrup and bacon. Why not add a summery cocktail to the mix. Opt for a fan favourite with a Screwball or try a fruity delight with a Pineapple Daquiri.
Nando’s will be keeping us content all summer with their array of new dishes bursting with bright, bold flavours, they are light, fresh and perfect for the warmer season. Within the range includes the Rainbow Bowl aka a big bowl of sunshine packed with colour, seasoning and even better – it’s vegan!
Chiquito have introduced a number of exciting new dishes to their menu since indoor dining reopened earlier this year. Amongst the fiery additions are their new Taquitos – crispy, flaky taquitos which are crammed full of black beans, mozzarella either chicken tinga or pibil jackfruit and topped with hot Yucatan sauce for good measure. If the weather doesn’t bring the heat this summer, these definitely will!
ASK Italian have freshened up their menu with some summery new extras for the season. Their Salmon Nicose Salad served with a citrus dressing is ideal for hot days along with their extra special “pizza of the season” – Primavera Forever – which is a creamy white base topped with chicken and a whole host of summer toppings. Not only that, their dessert menu has been spiced up (or shall we say cooled down) with ice cream, gelato and sorbet sundaes galore!
As always Starbucks have released their dreamy summer menu featuring iced coffees, frappuccinos and an array of healthy and not-so-healthy meals and snacks to enjoy during the summer months. Included in this season’s new menu is an indulgent Caramel Brownie Cream Frappuccino, an Iced Raspberry Swirl and a Rainbow Veg Protein Pot.
