Festive Menus at Eldon Square
The most wonderful time of the year is upon us which means it’s time for some festive feasts with our restaurants’ brand new and exclusive festive menus available at Eldon Square.
Cosy up this Christmas with Costa‘s limited-edition festive menu including savoury and sweet treats. This year’s highly anticipated Christmas menu will bring back it’s collaboration with Quality Street, including a Toffee Penny Latte which features a rich golden caramel sauce, topped with a light dairy swirl and sprinkled with crunchy caramel toppers. Their iconic British Turkey and The Trimmings Toastie is back this year along with some brand new mouth-watering additions such as a Bacon Mac & Cheese Toastie and a Pigs under Blankets Stonebaked Panini, which have us drooling at the thought!
Ask Italian are making this Christmas extra special with their huge new Christmas menu, providing the ultimate comfort food, winter warmers and festive tipples. Dip into Christmas with a wreath shaped starter to share, choosing from a N’duja Garlic Bread Wreath or Truffled Mushroom Cheese Fondue. This year the desserts are stealing the show at ASK Italian with a Glittery Gingerbread Latte Cake and a Warm Cookie and Salted Caramel Gelato to indulge in at the end of the meal. And since Christmas is all about the sparkles, pimp your prosecco this party season with a Shimmer Berry Bellini.
Nando’s are truely getting into the festive spirit this year with the release of their first ever Christmas menu. A new flavour, Spiced Clementine Peri-Peri baste, will be added to their menu for a limited time, along with a Peri-Peri Gravy to smother over your meal and not forgetting the grand return of the famous Fino Pitta after months of anticipation! The classic Peri-Peri wings option will also be turned festive with a peri-orange glaze and a brand new Peri-Berry Burger, which contains a glittery peri-berry sauce, has been added to the menu for the festive season.
Chiquito‘s Christmas menu offers a Mexican twist to some seasonal classics. Labelled the “Mexmas Menu”, the set menu includes Mexican alternatives to festive starters, mains and dessert options including a Turkey Tostada, Cranberry and Chorizo Nachos and Mexican Yule Log. For a real twist on a Christmas classic try the Christmas Burrito which consists of a beetroot and chia tortilla packed with pulled turkey, rice, beans, sour cream and tortilla chips.
It wouldn’t be Christmas without pigs in blankets or a turkey and cranberry combination and TGI Friday’s are putting their own spin on the classic dishes. They have created their ultimate Fridays Festive Turkey & Cranberry Burger which contains crispy buttermilk turkey with a cranberry glaze, topped with pigs in blankets. Complement this with a festive tipple like a Merry Martini, Baileys Chocolate Orange or Fizzmas Sparkle and finish off with a Black Forest Sundae for the ultimate Christmas feast.
The most anticipated foodie release of the season – Greggs Festive Bake. This year the release of the Festive Bake has been put on hold till 22 November but we know it will be worth the wait! And good news for vegans – Greggs are releasing a vegan version of the Christmas cult classic for 2021 with a Vegan Festive Bake that uses Quorn pieces and a vegan bacon crumb, as well as dairy-free pastry. If you’re not a Festive Bake fan why not try a Roast Chicken & Stuffing Baguette, described perfectly as “your Sunday roast favourite on the go”.
What could be better on a cold, winter day than a sweet doughnut, fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, dusted in cinnamon sugar and filled with hot chocolate and hazelnut sauce?! Try Tortilla‘s new and improved Churros recipe and we’re sure the answer will be – nothing! The restaurant are also bringing back their renowned Christmas Salsa – a sweet, tangy, slightly spicy salsa with the flavours of Christmas combined with a smoky chipotle.
The Choc-filled Churros will be available in the restaurant from 16 November and the Christmas Salsa can be added to your burrito, taco or quesadillas from 23 November.
PizzaExpress are hosting a social festive feast this Christmas with a five course tasting menu, perfect for the office party, date night or mate night. From their popular Padana with a Christmas cranberry twist, to an irresistible orange and carrot cake, the menu is sure to get you into the spirit of the season. If five courses is a little too much, you can still get together and dine from the seasonal specials menu with dishes like Snowball Dough Balls and Porchetta Pizza.
Umai Mi are launching their very first festive menu this year adding some delicious additions to their traditional Pan-Asian menu. The Salmon Maki and Avocado Maki Rolls have been giving a festive twist with their Christmas tree design and the brand new Pulled Beef Sizzling Hotplate and Duck Donburi are sure to warm you from the inside out on those cold winter days spent Christmas shopping.
